Has a spelling mistake on the face of the dial – but apart from the minor gripe, it does exactly as it says!

This item did not work very well at all. It was not even showing the beef as being rare, and it was well done indeed !! I had to stick it in a pan of boiling vegetables to make sure it was working, and that the temp got to over the halfway point !!

This is probably one of the best things in my kitchen. Since I started using it every joint comes out cooked to perfection exactly the way you want it.

Suggested to several other people and all found the same it allows you to cook a joint just they way you want with no guess work.

This is a simple, well made product that is clear to read. The adjustable pointer is very helpful.
